The purpose of the KCPS Compass is to help KCPS employees navigate life’s unexpected turns through short-term financial assistance during unexpected hardships and emergencies caused by disasters.

Proper documentation must be provided in order for your application to be considered.

All applications are submitted to and reviewed by the by our direct assistance partner United Way of Greater Kansas City, and communication regarding applications and grants will come from United Way directly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
