United Way of Greater Kansas City (UWGKC) is seeking Community Advisory Members to help review applications for the 2027 Impact 100 annual grant cycle. This opportunity helps connect the generosity of our community with initiatives that create measurable impact throughout the seven counties UWGKC serves.
Community Advisory Members play a critical role in ensuring a fair, objective, and confidential grant review process. All reviewers are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism while ensuring the anonymity of all applicants.
Volunteers must commit to attending one virtual training session in October 2026, review a broad range of applications within a six-week period at a pace that fits their schedule, and a final review meeting hosted by the Community Impact team in January 2027 to discuss recommendations.
